We are currently seeking an experienced brewer and an assistant brewer.

Brewers are responsible for the quality of the beers that Midnight Oil Brewing Company produces. An experienced brewer will be knowledgeable and will be involved with decisions such as what beers we produce and where to source the best raw materials.

Additionally, a brewer will help to manage brewery operations, ensure quality control, and work with the management and marketing team to improve all aspects of the product and the brewery’s operation.


Facilities & Operations personnel are responsible for all aspects of the beer production process and the day-to-day operations of the brewery.

Facilities & Operations personnel set – and meet – production goals, manage resources, and maintain the brewery’s physical facilities and machinery.


Sales and marketing representatives are responsible for growing the sales of Midnight Oil Brewing Company’s products in and beyond Delaware.

You’ll ensure that our sales goals are met, help to create sales plans and marketing strategies, plan and execute special events to drive sales, offer ongoing customer support, and provide regular sales reports.

You’ll need to be a self-driven, creative problem solver who functions as an ambassador for Midnight Oil Brewing Company.


Midnight Oil Brewing Company’s facility in Newark features a 1,700-square foot taproom and a bar with seating for nearly one hundred craft beer lovers.

Our enthusiastic servers assist with taproom operations including serving customers and educating them about our craft beers, selling beer and merchandise, keeping glassware clean and sanitized, answering telephones, and maintaining a clean and attractive taproom and bar area.

Taproom staff should have at least a year of serving experience, a positive and engaging attitude, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to work well as a team player in a sometimes hectic environment.
